Improve the path from idea to production for client engineering teams.
You would join engagements that assess a team's delivery system, remove avoidable toil, and build an operating model the team can sustain after we hand it back.

- Run DevOps maturity assessments and help shape a prioritised roadmap
- Review delivery workflow, tooling, and ownership with client teams
- Contribute to platform engineering and developer experience improvements
- Build automation with documentation the client team can maintain
- Support operational handover and team enablement
Who tends to fit
Practical experience matters more than titles.
You are comfortable moving between hands-on implementation and explaining the reasoning behind a change to a client team that will own it afterwards.
Useful experience
- Linux administration and production troubleshooting
- CI/CD pipelines and release automation
- AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Docker, Kubernetes, and workload operations
- Terraform, Ansible, Python, or shell automation
- Monitoring, observability, security, and documentation
