Legal bases
BashClouds relies on consent for optional Google Ads measurement. Tawk live chat is loaded to make support available and may process technical connection information before you use the chat. Enquiries and requested pre-contract work may be processed to take steps at your request. Security logs and website protection may be processed for legitimate interests. Contract and legal records may be processed where needed to perform an agreement or meet a legal obligation.
Necessary consent cookie
The bc_consent cookie records granted or denied for up to 180 days. It is necessary to remember your privacy choice and prevent the optional services from loading contrary to that choice. It is not used for advertising.
Google Ads measurement

Tawk live chat

International transfers
BashClouds is established in India and some providers operate internationally. When European personal data is transferred outside its originating country, BashClouds and its providers use applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards where required.
Retention
Consent choices are retained for up to 180 days. Enquiry, contract, accounting, security, and support information is retained only for the period reasonably required for its purpose, applicable agreements, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Your rights

Withdraw or change consent
